Product Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee that items displayed on our website will be in stock when you place your order. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a substitution, refund, or store credit.

Weight-Based Products: For products sold by weight (such as fresh produce, meat, and seafood), the final price may vary slightly from the price displayed at the time of order, based on the actual weight of the item. We will charge you based on the actual weight delivered.

Ordering and Payment

Placing Orders: When you place an order through our website or app, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Safari Market shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
